This Magnetic Separator is designed for the removal of very fine magnetisable components from liquids that are of low concentration and low-viscosity. Metal processing industry makes use of this wet separator. Also, preconcentrates extracted from high gradient magnetic filter can also be treated. The process through which this separation is executed comprises few steps. There is a semicircular separating chamber beneath a stainless steel drum. As the liquid flows through the chamber, magnetisable particles get attracted. Cylinder creates a strong, high-gradient magnetic field. The cylinder consists  permanent magnetic discs that are positioned within the drum. For successful separation by this magnetic separator, its special permanent magnets generate high field gradients. Thick stainless steel is used for the construction of the drum, which enhances its service life.
